Chicken Wings

Chicken Wings Recipe:

3 pounds chicken wings, separate tips from drummettes
8 Tbsp  unsalted butter
1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning, add more for dusting
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Cocktail sauce for dipping

Preheat oven to 425 ° F. Let the wings come to room temperature (if the sauce will be more difficult to apply on them). Pat the chicken wings dry.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan and whisk in Old Bay and lemon juice. Let it cool enough to feel warm. Mix it again and mix the chicken wings in half the sauce. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or Silpat and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Take the wings from the oven and set to broil. Place about 6 inches under the broiler. Turn wings over and broil for 3-4 minutes or until well browned.

When ready to serve, mix the remaining sauce and place on a plate. Dust with more Old Bay sauce and serve with your favorite cocktail.
