Ravva Laddo

Ravva Laddo Recipe:




Ingredients:


Rava / Sooji - 1 cup
Sugar - ¾ cup
Ghee - ¼ cup
Milk - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cardamom pwd           - ¼ tsp
Cashew nuts & raisins - ¼ cup







Method:


Heat ½ teaspoon of ghee in a kadai.
Add rava / sooji to it and roast on low heat continuously until the rava releases a pleasant aroma throughout the house.
Do not gild the rava. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Meanwhile add sugar dry blender and grind to smooth the disabled. Take it out.
Now grind the roasted rava a fine disabled. Take a bowl and add rava powder and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a small saucepan. Roasted cashews and golden raisins. Add ghee roasted cashews, raisins and cardamom PH mixture Rava.
Heat the remaining ghee and add slowly to the mixture with continuous mixing with a ladle. Once the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, sprinkle a few teaspoon of milk and continue to stir until the mixture comes together ladoo. When the mixture is slightly ladoo hot enough to handle, quickly shape into balls (do not let the mixture dry. If its dry, add a few drops of ghee or milk, mix well and press into balls Make lemon size balls. and set aside in a dish in the cool.Melt Rava Ladoos mouth are ready. remains fresh for a few days when stored in airtight containers. You can refrigerate to prolong life.
