Fruit Salad

Fruit Salad Recipe:


Banana  : 1
Apple : 1
Orange : 1
Grapes : 3/4 cup
(or) raisins : 2 tbsp
Mango: 1    
Cherry: a little    
Milk cream :  1/2 cup
Lime juice : 1/2 tsp    
Sugar  :  1/4 cup
Fried cashew ( cut into pieces)  :  7
Vanila essence:  1/4 tsp


Peel the skins of the fruits and cut into cubes.
Place the fruits in a bowl.
Prepare sugar liquid and when it is cool, add to the fruits.
Add lime juice, vanila essence, cashew and stir well.
Store the vegetables in the fridge and serves cool.
While serving if a cherry is placed on top it will look pleasing.
The fruit salad can also be served with jelly and icecream as per taste.
