Spring Rolls Recipe:
Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables - 1 cup, chopped long and slim/shredded
Onions - 1, sliced
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies - 1
Salt and pepper - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until transparent and pink.
Add the garlic paste ginger and sauté during a minute.
Then add vegetables and green peppers, sprinkle a little water and cook until tender closed crisp.
Reduce heat to high and add the soy sauce. Mix well for one minute on high.
Reduce heat. Mix the salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.
