Fish Cutlets

Fish Cutlets Recipe:


2 Egg Whites,
Cilantro finely chopped,
1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
lemon juice of 1 lemon,
Tilapia fish fillets – 2,
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tsp garam masala,
1 green chilli finely chopped,
3/4th cup seasoned bread crumbs,
salt -to taste
chilli powder – to taste


Heat a flat pan and cook the fillets. No need to add oil.
Once the fillets are cooked, remove from the pan and mash with a fork.
Beat the egg whites well.
Add lemon juice, cilantro, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped onions, fish fillets cooked and mashed and breadcrumbs. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork / hand.
Make small round cakes of medium size. He would go out well if there is no fish pieces. So it must be crushed properly. Heat a flat pan, cover the pan with a little oil and fry the patties on both sides.
Garnish with coriander leaves. They can be used in burgers or coleslaw.
