Kaju Barfi

Kaju Barfi Recipe:


2 cups Cashew Nuts 
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Silver Foil 


Drain and toss cashews to a fine paste. Use the least amount of water during melting.
However, in a saucepan with the sugar syrup and water and cook over low heat over medium heat.
Cook, stirring continuously until a soft lump is formed. Add ghee and cardamom powder and mix well
Remove from the heat on a flat surface and roll out (thin) quickly with a rolling pin. Cut into squares / diamonds.
