Cholla Puri Recipe:
Ingredients:
Maida 3 cups
Curd 1/4 cup
Method:
Mix maida with curd and cover and leave it for 2 hours. Make into smooth dough.
Round even sized balls.Flatten the balls to puri
Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully and then remove it from the frying pan.
