Veg Sandwiches Recipe:
Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 9 slices
Butter - 100 gms
Mint Chutney - 3 tblsp
Cucumber - 1
Carrots - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Green Chillies - 6
Onion - 2
Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper - as per taste
Method:
Butter all the bread slices.
Spread mint chutney upon the bread slice.
Arrange 3 to 4 cucumber and carrot bread slices.
Arrange sliced onions and tomatoes.
Add chopped green chillies, salt and pepper powder.
Sprinkle little coriander leaves on top and cover with one more slice of bread.
Press well and cut into triangles.
And serve with tomato ketchup.
