Dahi Puri

Dahi Puri Recipe:


20 Puris  
1/3 cup Yoghurt
1/4cups Peas 
¼ cup Potatoes  
¼ tsp Jeera  
¼ tsp Haldi  Powder 
¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder 
1 tsp Chilli Powder 
4 tbsp Sweet Imli Chutney 
Salt to taste 

For garnishing:

Fresh Coriander 
Cumin Seed Powder 
Red Chilli Powder 
Black Salt 
Salt to taste 
Fine Sev


Take a pan and heat the oil therein.
Add the cumin seeds in the heated oil.
When the seeds start spluttering add potatoes diced cooked.
Now add salt, chilli powder, haldi powder and garam masala powder.
Sauté for a few minutes, then remove from heat.
Pour the yogurt in a bowl and whisk well.
Make a small hole in the center of each puri.
Now put in the cooked peas, mix potatoes and sweet little chutney.
Add two teaspoons of yogurt in the puri.
Garnish with coriander leaves puri, red chilli powder, black salt and roasted cumin seeds. Sprinkle some salt and serve hot and spicy Dahi puris.
