Paneer Roll

Paneer Roll Recipe:


1 Packet of Filo / Phyllo Pastry Sheets
100 gms Paneer
2 Medium Sized Chopped Onions
2 Medium Sized Chopped Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Ginger - Gralic Paste
1 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chilly Powder
2 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masla / Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Coriander
Salt to Taste


Grate the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil, add the cumin seeds, once they start to splutter Add ginger - garlic paste and onions, saute the onions until they turn pale pink.
Add the tomatoes, red chili powder and coriander powder and cook until the oil starts leaving the side of the ship
Ultimately add grated paneer and pav bhaji masala or garam masala powder and mix well. Simmer for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and remove from heat and let cool.
Take sheets of dough, fill the paneer stuffing and roll, seal the ends of the dough sheets by greasing the ends with water.
Now, place your rolled sheet in the oven. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes or until the leaves begin to turn brown.
Once cooked remove from heat and cut long stuffed into the desired shape leaves and serve hot with chutney, sauces and dips of your choice.
