Hot and Sour Soup

Hot and Sour Soup Recipe:



Ingredients:



CARROT 1/4 PORTION
CABBAGE(FINELY CHOPPED) 4-5 TBLSP
SPRING ONIONS FEW
CELERY FEW
GREEN CHILLI 2
SUGAR 1/2 TSP
SALT AS NEEDED
LEMON JUICE 1 TSP
GARLIC 4-5 CLOVES
CAPSICUM 3-4 TBLSP
SOYA SAUCE 1 TBLSP
OIL 1 TSP
CORN FLOUR 1 TBLSP
PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE



Method:


Chop the celery, spring onion, carrots, peppers, cabbage finely. Separately chop the spring onion leaves and bulb.
In a large deep pan, add oil and add the green pepper slot. When it changes color, remove and discard the spice. We just need to spice up the flavor into the oil.
Add the finely chopped garlic and sugar and cook for a while.
Now add the finely chopped vegetables that we, with the exception of spring onion leaves.
Fry for a minute and add 3 cups of water. Add salt and bring to a nice boil.
After 5 minutes, mix the cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water and soup without lumps and add to the pan.
Mix well. The soup will reach the right consistency in 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and put off flame.Add chilli powder and lemon juice.
Garnish with spring onion and chopped carrot leaves.
