Pani Puri Recipe:
For the puris:
1 cup rava
1-2 tsp maida
Salt, very little
Warm water
Oil
For the filling:
2 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup chickpeas, soaked in water overnight in warm salt water Luc
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of chat masala
coriander leaves
salt
For the pani:
2 tbsp tamarind juice or 1 tsp concentrated tamarind paste diluted in water.
2 tbsp jaggery
1 tsp black salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 cumin powder
2-3 green chili
a small bunch of mint leaves
1 strand coriander leaves
1 tsp pepper powder
