Egg Masala Curry

Egg Masala Curry Recipe:


Boil 6 eggs and cut into half.
Saute 2 large chopped onions, 
1 tsp garlic and fry intil brown. 
Add 1 tsp turmeric Powder, 
1 tsp  Egg Curry Masala, 
1 tsp mirch powder, 
1 minced tomato, 
1 tbs canned puree, 
1 tsp chopped ginger and salt to taste.


Heat for a few seconds, add enough water and bring to a boil fravy.
Add eggs hard boil, cook for a few minutes and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped cliantro.
Serve with rice or bread.
